I had to get my wood floors refinished and I was dreading the job. I figured it was going to be very expensive, very messy and extremely disruptive to our household.
For starters, I called them out to give me an estimate and it was a lot lower than I expected.
Neil was professional and courteous and explained every step of the process.
They came in, helped move our heavy furniture, put up plastic to control the mess and went to work. Over the next 2 days our old wood floors came back to life. They look considerably better than when they were put in new. By the end of the 2nd day, they helped put the furniture back and completely cleaned up what little mess there was.
When we have friends over now, their jaws drop when the see the floor upon entering our house!
Another plus for these guys is, you can reach them. Anytime I called to get more info or discuss scheduling, the call was either answered live or my voicemail message was returned within an hour. That means a lot to me. I "wood" highly recommend this company to handle your flooring needs!!

I had some stained and darkened parquet floors in my Ft Lauderdale home. After contacting Neil and his company received excellent service and prompt response. The price was reasonable and what a difference it made to my parquet floor, they look fantastic!
Neil was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing hardwood floors refinished.

I just closed on my new condo yesterday and wanted to get my wood floors refinished before I painted and started moving in. I found True Quality online, saw all of the positive reviews, and figured I'd give them a call.
I spoke with Neil, the owner, on the phone and he told me that he was able to come over this morning to give me an estimate. He was on time, professional and courteous. I had about 750 sq feet of flooring and the price was right around what he quoted me over the phone. (Came out to be a little less.)
I thought he was going to tell me he could come back in a few days, but he was actually able to get started this afternoon and said he would be done by the evening! Neil sent me a few pictures of the progress throughout the day and kept me up to speed on a few of the areas I was concerned about. I wasn't able to leave work early to meet him so he came back to drop off my keys at the condo at a time that worked for me.
I had a ton of questions on how to take care of the floors, how to clean them, if my painter should use tape, how my movers should bring in the furniture. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend True Quality Wood Flooring to anyone who is looking for a professional company to treat their real wood floors.

All I can Say , this was the best money I have spent in years!!. I had around 700-800 sq ft of oak wood that needed a refinish. True Quality Wood Flooring came and gave me a free quote and I couldn't resist. I was planning on doing the work myself but with the quote I got, no one could pass. Very professional and courteous, Neil explained everything to me. I would recommend him for any job. My floors Look amazing. Don't look anywhere else if your in Florida.

We recently had bamboo flooring installed directly over our existing tile. The job took two days and Neil and his team were extremely professional and conscientious about their work. The floor looks gorgeous and has transformed our home.
Neil came to our home within 30 minutes of requesting an estimate, showed up promptly at the scheduled time on both days the job was done, and returned all phone calls and texts timely. This is quite rare, especially in South Florida.
Although our home had to be completely dismantled in order to do the job, everything was put back in its place with special attention and care.
Thanks Neil for a job well done. Both my husband and I are very appreciative.
